Many! There is nothing more important to us than providing a safe and comfortable experience for all guests, which means maintaining the highest standards for how guests enjoy our facility.

• Facility Access: 
  The facility entrance will feature a double-door system. The first (external) door will be unlocked during business hours, allowing access to a breezeway in which a Zoomies staff member will be available to assist all guests, including drop-ins and those seeking a membership.
• The second (internal) door, which grants access to the primary park area, can only be opened by scanning a valid membership card or by having a Zoomies team member buzz you in.
• There will be a separate double-door system for exiting the park that can only be opened from the inside. Members are expected to observe the rules and ensure that no one enters through the exit door. Any member found allowing non-members into the park in any manner will have their membership immediately revoked without refund. 
• The park will be equipped with 360 degree security cameras. All activity throughout the park will be monitored and recorded for later reference if any violations occur.

  Trained Staff:

• During business hours, the park will be staffed with Zoomies Bark Rangers who will be happy to assist with any issues. Concerns or violations can be reported directly to a team member or through our online portal. All reported incidents will be thoroughly investigated to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Zoomies maintains a strict one-strike policy for all guests (two-legged and four-legged) who exhibit behavior that could endanger the well-being, comfort, and safety of others. We always reserve the right to fully and permanently revoke park access for any guest demonstrating behaviors that are unsafe and/or make others uncomfortable.
• Responsibility of our Visitors:
• Poop bags will available in numerous locations throughout the facility, all guests are expected to clean up after their pup.
  While it is not the responsibility of the Zoomies staff to clean up after your pup, please let a Bark Ranger know if you spot any “unattended business”
• All guests maintain full responsibility for monitoring their dogs at all times and intervening if any signs of aggressive behavior are exhibited. Zoomies Bark Rangers will be present to assist with any requests, but are not responsible for the behavior of our guests or the dogs within the park.
• Guests must leash their dogs at all times outside of the play spaces, including the entryway, reception, and bar areas.
• A liability waiver is a requirement to enter the park. Zoomies is not liable for any incidents that occur due to negligence or behaviors that in violation of our rules by park visitors. 
• Zoomies members are expected to help maintain a safe and secure environment, which means reporting any observed violations to a Zoomies staff member or through our online portal.
  
  Bar Services:
• Zoomies is an indoor dog park that offers adult beverages for the enjoyment of our 21+ guests, not a bar with a dog park attached.
• Zoomies staff reserves the right to refuse bar service at any time for any reason. 
• Bar services will only be available during business hours when the park is fully staffed. Visitors must present a valid 21+ ID to a Zoomies team member.
