Zoomies is an indoor dog park, bar, café, and pet services facility designed for dogs and their people. Come for off-leash play, book services like daycare, boarding, or grooming, or just enjoy a space that’s built with both dogs and humans in mind.
No. You can visit with either a membership or a day pass. Memberships are the best value if you plan to come regularly, but day passes are available for single visits.
Yes, with a few guidelines. Children under 4 feet tall must be in a carrier, stroller, or held by an adult at all times. We also ask that there’s no running, screaming, or approaching dogs without the owner’s permission. This is a dog-first environment, so we keep things calm and predictable for them.
Yes. Our space is designed for longer stays, with plenty of seating, outlets, and free Wi-Fi. It’s a great spot to get work done while your dog gets exercise, just maybe don’t schedule your most important conference call here.
Both. If you’re visiting the park, you stay with your dog and enjoy the space together. If you’re booking daycare, boarding, or grooming, those are drop-off services and our team takes it from there.
Yes. You can request a full refund at any time before we open, minus credit card processing fees (3% + $0.20). Refunds are processed within 30 business days. Once the facility opens and your membership is activated, standard cancellation terms apply.
If you purchased either the Founding Member or Lifetime Member Passes, you earned 10 and 20 credits, respectively. Credits can be applied toward daycare, boarding, or grooming. 1 credit = 1 daycare day, 2 credits = 1 day/night of boarding, 3 credits = 1 full-service groom. Credits don’t expire.
Yes. Additional dogs from the same household receive 50% off their membership. You can bring up to 3 dogs per adult.
Monthly memberships renew automatically and can be canceled anytime. Annual memberships renew once per year. To avoid being charged for your next billing period, cancel at least 5 business days before your renewal date. You can cancel by email, through your online account, or at the front desk.
Yes. Day passes are available for single visits if you’d like to check us out before committing to a membership.

Yes. Our All-Dog Park is over 10,000 square feet, and our Small Dog Park is 2,500 square feet, so dogs can play with others that match their size and energy level.
Private runs are separate dedicate space for dogs who aren’t suited for the open parks – whether they’re reactive, recovering from an injury, or overstimulated in group settings. Please do not book a private run if your dog does not have special needs.
No. General park access doesn’t require a reservation, just come during operating hours with your membership or day pass. If you’d like a private run, we recommend booking that ahead of time through the website.

You drop your dog off, and our team manages the rest. Dogs are supervised, grouped by size and temperament, and given a balance of play, rest, and structured downtime throughout the day.
Dogs stay active with supervised play during the day and transition to a calm, private room at night. Each dog (or household group, if requested) gets their own space, approximately 4×5 feet. Staff is onsite 24/7.

No. You’re welcome to come for the bar or café even without a dog. Everyone entering the facility does need to complete a liability waiver, since you’ll be in an environment with off-leash dogs.
Free parking is available directly in front of the building, with additional free street parking on surrounding blocks.
Complete everything ahead of time so check-in is quick: fill out the registration form, upload your dog’s vaccination records, sign the liability waiver, and complete the temperament questionnaire. You can do these onsite too, it just takes a bit longer.
Check in at the front desk with a valid photo ID. If your paperwork is complete, we verify your info and you’re in. First-timers get a guided introduction, a team member will accompany you and your dog into the park for a 30-minute evaluation to make sure everyone’s settling in.
Fast-paced, hands-on, and team-oriented. You’ll work with dogs, their owners, and a group of people who care about doing things well.
For roles that involve handling dogs, yes. For other roles (bar, café, front desk), dog experience is helpful but not required.
Good judgment, reliability, strong communication, and comfort working around dogs in a dynamic environment.
Yes. As we grow, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and move into leadership roles.
With a team full of dog-lovers, we expect people will want to bring their own dogs to Zoomies. For every five days you work, you earn a bring-your-dog day. Your dog goes through the same entry requirements as any member’s, and during your shift, our focus stays on the dogs and people we’re here to serve.
